# Tokenomics

Golden Goose has built a decentralized economic system centered around the $GOOSE token, with a total supply of 21 billion tokens. The token is distributed through Fair Launch, incentivizing users to participate in staking, game mining, referrals, and governance, promoting healthy ecosystem circulation and long-term value growth.

**Token Explanations:**

1. **$VEGOOSE**
   * Generated exclusively through mining with goose miners
   * Non-tradable token that serves as proof of mining contribution
   * Can be exchanged for $GOOSE at a 1:1 ratio
   * Represents mining power and contribution to the ecosystem
2. **$GOOSE**
   * Project token with a total supply of 21 billion tokens
   * Used for governance, staking, and various platform functions
   * Core medium of exchange within the Golden Goose ecosystem
3. **stGOOSE**

* Earned by staking $GOOSE tokens
* Represents staked position and governance power
* Grants governance proposal rights and voting weight
* Receives protocol dividends and additional yield opportunities
