# Token Distribution and Release Mechanism

$GOOSE is the core utility and governance token of the Golden Goose ecosystem with a total supply of 21 billion, used for staking, governance voting, ecosystem transactions, and can be earned through 1:1 exchange from $VEGOOSE mining rewards.
