# 1. Stake LRT/LST

* **Step 1**: Connect your wallet and choose your network. Currently, Goose supports Ethereum staking but will soon expand to support all-chain staking. Additional networks will be supported soon.

* **Step 2**: Select the LRT/LST asset you own, enter the amount you wish to stake, and click "Stake". Different assets have different minimum staking amounts.

* **Step 3**: After reviewing the amount you intend to stake, you must approve the transaction in your wallet. This verification is required to allow the smart contract to use your LRT/LST.

* **Step 4**: Once the approval and stake transactions are successful, you will immediately start earning golden eggs—Stablecoin Yields. You can preview your stablecoin yields in the LRT/LST staking section.
